Borderlands 2: Buffed Legendary Gub- Does it suck 2.0?!
The Gub is the legendary Bandit Pistol in Borderlands 2. it drops from one of Scooter's love interests, Laney White, in the Fridge. It is one of the two corrosive only legendary pistols that exit in Borderlands 2, the other being Dahl's Hornet.
The Gub was a decent weapon before the community patch, being plenty capable of dispatching enemies at OP 8. It has a ridiculously large magazine.
The Gub gains additional damage and fire rate in the community patch, making it an even more potent weapon than it was before hand. The Gub definitely doesn't suck with the community patch, and the patch brings it more in line with some more powerful pistols.
