Fast initial hover for boat skip (no ess taps)

Not a very precise spot to aim. This may be useful for people who don't like ess tapping and are good with aiming the hookshot.
The range is a couple pixels wide, just aim close to the green part of the wall, but not quite touching it. A bit left of where I aim is ok too.
