Comparing Launches: PAYDAY 2 Vs. PAYDAY 3 - My Thoughts on PAYDAY 3
Let's talk about my thoughts on PAYDAY 3, compare it to PAYDAY 2, Operation Medic Bag and see if they can recover from their terrible launch. I love PAYDAY, it's my favorite franchise and I have a very deep history with the franchise. It was very important to me and helped me get through some rough points in my life, mainly college.
I couldn't have been more excited for PAYDAY 3. All I could think about for months was just PAYDAY 3. I defended the game as I thought that it was a great game and I still do. I think that gameplay wise, PAYDAY 3 is one of the best games I've played. However, the game has a lack of content and compared to PAYDAY 2. I'm not comparing launch PAYDAY 3 to current PAYDAY 2 because that wouldn't make sense. I'm comparing them given the same timeframe. But content is something that can be fixed and I have faith in Starbreeze that they'll be able to do it given the time and resources.

A good chunk of this video will be about how rough the launch was for PAYDAY 2 and I'll somewhat explain why some things weren't carried over from PAYDAY 2. Like how switching from the diesel engine to unreal 4 made a big impact.
