Ariana Grande - Breathin (Cover)
This is one of my favorite songs on the 'Sweetener' album of Ariana Grande. Why? Because I can relate to it. There have been moments and still are moments in my life where I'm over thinking and where I cannot make sense of the world we live in. What helps me is to come back to my breath, the movement that keeps me alive, and just breathe. These moments will pass. We live in a world of consumerism, we are constantly told what we need and who we should be etc. But with what cost? MENTAL HEALTH OVER EVERYTHING!
