We had an extraordinary experience in having a front row table at a performance by the Doc with his local band, the San Miguel 5 at the Instituto in Mexico's San Miguel de Allende on Wednesday August 27, 2014. He is 87 but looks like a very fit and trim 67, but blows his horn like he is still 37. With Gil Gutierrez, Gabriele Hernandez, Jimmy Branly, Ruben Olvera, & Kimani Carrazana.
