Fallout 76 PC - solo earle 86sec with qe25 handmade rifle !!
Might not good at raid boss but worth while to use against ordinary mobs.
My good memory against explosive options in fallout 4 leaded me to do this.
P.S - sneak was available even with explosive option!!
Belief that gun with explosion option cannot sustain sneak condition was wrong.
However, against raid boss, explosive dmg decreases a lot so that can not deal sufficient dmg ;(
