I'm a certified ADHD student and parenting coach. I'm a speaker, a consultant, a productivity expert, and I'm the author of three books, including the most recent, "How to Do It Now Because It's Not Going Away", all about procrastination, in our high school and college students.
Over the last two decades, I have worked to champion the needs of parents and professionals who are raising neurodivergent children.
I help to make sense of the complexities of ADHD, executive functioning, study skills, procrastination, overwhelm, parenting, and literally everything in between.
