Steps followed in the video:
1. Download and Install Gnupg tool from https://gnupg.org/
2. Open Windows PoweShell as administrator
3. Generate SHA256 sum of downloaded ISO using CertUtil
4. Compare with SHA256 sum given on Ubuntu website
End Notes:
If SHA256 sum given on Ubuntu matches SHA256 sum generated by gnupg tool, then integrity of Ubuntu ISO file is maintained. It means the file is not tampered while downloading.
You may use MS Excel, LibreOffice Calc, or even compare both SHA256 sums manually character by character.
