Here is a quick demo on how you can optimize the GIFs that you can use in ResponsiveAds studio. As a GIF is large, create 3+ shapes. 10x1, 1x4, 1x1 to keep each of them at minimum k-weight. Less than 150K is good for each of these sizes.
