Havoc FINALLY Got New Changes! Patch 11.1 PTR
BLIZZARD DID IT! Havoc Demon Hunter Finally Got Noticed! Now these changes arent anything crazy, mostly tuning, but they at least put context into the changes we got prior, and make a lot of the 'dead' talents and things usable again, which is good. Still lots of bugs, so i expect more to come, but good things none-the-less. Still wish MORE was done with this patch, but i'll take this as Havoc is improved.
