Havoc is getting SOME CHANGES in 11.0.5, BUT WHY is Blizzard BUFFING the Top Specs?
The War Within 11.0.5 is ON THE HORIZON. And in it, Havoc has finally gotten some changes! While its not much (literally one + a bug fix) they are pretty good. More troubling though, is that EVERY single top spec somehow got buffs??? While im happy for specs to get fun new tools, all these tools result in damage gains for the top specs, which is alarming and sure to upset balance.
