Sony F35 is very good with Low or Available Light !!!
Hello, me and my brother got the F35 last week, first we shot some stuffs at low light and saw alot of noise. After go other the manual, I found out that there is a custom mode with an option to supress the noise and the result is fantastic. I cant explain but for some reason, I got really clean results with proper LUT. Also, when perform a convertion from the dpx to cineform rgb 16bit before grading also yield cleaner result.
Since I use the no self-timecoded Gemini 444, my workflow is to use Cineform RGB 16bit 444 as master footage. I need someone to explain this cineform things!!!
From my understanding, as long as I keep the gamma mode at Slog, I alway have 800% dynamic range? Do I have to shoot in Cine EI to have full Dynamic Range

PS: Those are framegrab and a 240 mbps h264 mp4 video to show the noise level and the graded, I swear to god there was no post denoise, no film grain added
PS2: today is a great day because i found out that noise supression on the F35's menu, much better life in post !!!
PS3: Oh and i have learnd that the most important thing to consider when shooting with the F35...is the script!
