KAPS is now OPRA! : Big News🌟
Australian Pharmacy Council just announced that the Knowledge Assessment of Pharmaceutical Sciences, or the KAPS exam, will now be replaced with the Overseas Pharmacist Readiness Assessment (OPRA™).
This update came right after the KAPS result of July 2024, leaving future KAPS aspirants wondering about its impact on their preparation.
While the exam is announced to be altered, the aspirants who have registered for the exam or completed the Skills Assessment will be expected to take the KAPS exam only.
The transition will come into effect from March 2025; the November 2024 KAPS attempt being the last one.
