How to Insulate a Van - As I Learn You Learn Series
Hi,
Recently started converting my 1995 Chevy G20 Van.
Was all over the internet trying to figure out how to do it and came across gnomadhome.com a great resource for van converting. Decided to make a video of what I learned after I figured it out.
Materials you'll need:
1 to 2in Polyiso Foam Board for roof 2 Sheets
.5in Polyiso Foam Board for walls 3 Sheets
3m 90 Strength Spray Glue 4 Cans
Various Sticks or poles to brace wet panels against van (I used 1x4s)
Great Stuff Spray Foam 1 can
Reflectix 1 roll
Reflectix Tape 2 rolls
Tools:
Chop Saw
Sharpie
Measuring Tape
Straight Edge
Gloves
Protective Sheeting such as old sheet or something
