Alive or Dead? VAZ 21043

A brief background. VAZ 21043, if I'm not mistaken, 1989. The car stood in the garage for a long time. The coolant was drained. The only thing that definitely works is the steering and brakes. Everything else is shrouded in darkness. We need to decide if this is still a car or already scrap metal?
