Ulster was at the heart of the Irish whiskey industry. from the Kingdom of Dalriada and the poitin masters of Donegal, to Ulster's massive whiskey distilleries of the early 20th century. This film also explores the history of the forgotten links between Ulster’s whiskey makers and those of Scotland and how the Scots-Irish brought their whiskey to America.
