Homemade Curd Balls (Recipe) || [ENG SUBS]
How to bake simple & easy Curd Balls as from the Bakery.
For the recipe we need the following ingredients:
Ingredients for about 50 small Curd Balls:
•250 grams of flour
•250 grams of curd
•125 grams of sugar
•2 eggs
•1 sachet of vanilla sugar
•½ sachet of baking powder
•1 pinch of salt
•Sugar for turing the done curd balls
•About 1 liter of oil for deep-frying
Required kitchen gadgets, helper & preparations:
•Mixing bowl
•Mixer
•Sieve
•Pastry bag with large round nozzle
•Scissors
•Pot or wok for deep-frying
•Bowl with sugar to turn the done curd ball
•Ladle
•Kitchen paper
