Accidentally improved the D-Day experience

I have been messing with the scripts in order to have the initial cutscenes removed. Working with this one led me to retain the commentary panels which gave it an immersive effect. The files I work on are not fully decrypted .lub files and determining what does what is mostly a guessing game. I have yet to remove the cutscene completely as well as the leftmost worm that gets killed during it.
