The Lighthouse is a 2019 film directed and produced by Robert Eggers, from a screenplay he wrote with his brother Max Eggers. It stars Willem Dafoe and Robert Pattinson as nineteenth-century lighthouse keepers. The director and even the cast of the film were pretty clear about there being a thematic freudian and jungian influence within the fim. So I decided to attempt a basic psychoanalysis of the characters, just for fun tho, I'm no expert on this subject so feel free to correct any bad info in the comments.
