175g Self-raising Flour

3 Eggs
2 Lemons (Zest of 2 lemons and juice of 1)
For the Meringue:
3 Egg Whites
150g Caster Sugar
For the Buttercream:
175g Icing Sugar
75g Butter
2tsp Lemon juice
