ruler quilting on a butterfly quilt
One of my favorite elements in quilting is negative space. In this adorable Flutter quilt there's quite a bit of that, which made the perfect playground for a secondary design.🦋🦋 Here I'm using a @thequiltedpineapple ruler & with a bit of free-motion quilting to bring this butterfly to life.
It's so much fun to use all of the negative space and bring quilts to life. This yummy quilt includes a few butterflies and I had so much fun quilting them. Using my @gammillquilting 22" machine! 😍
