The sentence structure is “Im Wohnzimmer gibt es…”, and you can complement it by talking about an object, such as many books. And to talk about what we can do in the living room?

🇧🇷 In the living room, one can watch TV.
Here, the structure is “Im Wohnzimmer kann man…”, and then we continue the sentence with activities we can do in the room. But lately, this room in the house has become the setting for many different activities! So, if we add “jetzt” at the end of the structure, before the activity we want to talk about, the sentence starts talking about things we can do there at that moment, because this little word means “now”.
