Today’s video was inspired by all of my insecurities and wanting to share them with you all and hopefully find some things in common. Being a girl can be so hard at times and if we can help to boost each other up and conquer those insecurities together, I am all for it. This may be a little up close and personal for our first self care day together but I figured, if I’m going to do it at all then y’all deserve to see the raw authentic version of how I take on self care.
