Test firing of the Liberator 3D-Printed gun.
The frame failed on the first round, but the frame was not printed at 100% infill. The three hammer pins also failed. The barrel, hammer, and hammer body were all printed at 100% infill, and all 3 emerged unscathed. (I modified the hammer from the original design) The round hit the target accurately. The nail used as the firing pin was nowhere to be found, it is possible that it was ejected to the rear of the gun during the discharge.
