🛳️ Introducing the Ultimate Ship Cleaning System! 🧼✨
Say goodbye to stubborn dirt, algae, and barnacles with our cutting-edge technology! Here's how it works:
1️⃣ The motor-driven pulley sets everything in motion, ensuring a thorough clean.
2️⃣ A string connects the pulley to a smaller one, linked to a metal plate with a powerful brush.
3️⃣ The plate, equipped with wheels, glides smoothly on a metal rail for precise movement.
4️⃣ When the plate hits a switch, it triggers a change in pulley rotation for even coverage.
5️⃣ A specialized motor allows the plate to move vertically, thanks to a gear mechanism.
6️⃣ A safety switch at the bottom ensures motors halt when the plate reaches the lowest point.
After 3 horizontal passes, the gear motors shift, ascending for a thorough clean.
📸 Plus, our state-of-the-art camera uses ML and image processing to identify and target different types of dirt. From algae to barnacles, we've got it covered!
