BUFFED DREDGE Is No Longer a Low Tier Killer...

In PTB the Dredge became much stronger!
His teleport speed in Daytime is increased by almost 60%.
Besides that, the movement speed while charging Reign of Darkness is increased as well.
Also, now It's way harder to hear the Dredge in Nightfall. Here is an example.
So I decided to use the add-on Boat key to increase my teleport speed even more by 16%.
With this add-on, It feels like the teleport speed in Daytime is almost the same as in Nightfall.
