Step-by-Step Guide:

Open Registry Editor: Press Win + R, type regedit, press Enter.
Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\
Create Key: PassportForWork
Create DWORD: UsePassportForWork, set value to 0
Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System
Create DWORD: EnableFirstLogonAnimation, set value to 0
Open Group Policy Editor: Press Win + R, type gpedit.msc, press Enter
Navigate to: Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Hello for Business
Disable Policies: Set both Use Windows Hello for Business and Configure Windows Hello for Business to Disabled
Update Policies: Run gpupdate /force in Command Prompt
