4 cinnamon sticks (optional)
8 cloves (optional)
1 inch knob of ginger (optional)

Put all ingredients in crockpot, InstantPot or large saucepan.
Crockpot - cook on low for 6-8 hours. InstantPot - 10 min pressure. Saucepan - bring to a boil then simmer for 2 hours.
Strain liquid
Add 1 cup of honey (more or less based on sweetness preference)
1 drop of Lemon Vitality Oil (optional)
1 drop of Orange Vitality Oil (optional)
1 drop of Clove Vitality Oil (optional)
1 drop of Cinnamon Bark Vitality Oil (optional)
Mix and bottle
Store in refrigerator.

Add a variety of immune supporting essential oils as you wish.
Store in the fridge. Honey helps with shelf life. Should last a few months in fridge. Could also add a splash of brandy to extend shelf life as well.

Standard dose is 1/2 tsp - 1 tsp for kids and 1/2 - 1 Tablespoon for adults. If the yucks strike, we like to take the normal dose every 2 - 3 hours instead of once a day until symptoms disappear
