Yousuke Yasui - SUPER-REFLEX [16 bit; Sega Genesis] (Megalomachia2)
I can't believe I'm a chiptune musician and yet I hadn't covered this song until today lol.
Trying to find the correct notes and chords was difficult, and I won't even go into the details of how much time I spent looking for the drum samples, but it still was a lot of fun regardless.
I tried to design instruments that resemble the original ones but I also incorporated some small changes (instrument and arrangement-wise) to make it sound like an "expanded" version.
Since Yousuke Yasui is one of my favorite composers, maybe I'll cover another of his songs someday.
