Here’s what Industry Bloggers, Playlist Curators, and Labels are saying about “Finders Keepers”;
“Very bold songwriting. It doesn't sound like anything I've ever heard.”
“I enjoyed the dynamic instrumentation with Korn style vocals”
“I can hear the very energetic and scream-like vocal styles and it is catching up with the very dynamic rocking instruments in this masterpiece”
“Great song! Lots of energy and dynamics. The chorus was catchy and the build ups were intense. Interesting vocals too”
“Cool guitar delivery, dense industrial rock sound. We like the mix”
“This is a good song with intense beats and powerfully raging vocals, and I like the intensity of the beats in this song and the angst that permeates the melodies”
“Def dig the industrial vibe, this song would fit well in a movie setting”
“I like the dark and modern production here”
“The song has a very cool and engaging vibe, but a strong and tuneful texture”
“I like the fusion of styles, the synths arrangements and the groove are great”
“We listened to this track until the last second. You are professional and the production is creative”
“I liked the vocals a lot, so powerful. Some parts reminded me a little bit to Foo Fighters. Overall, it sounded well produced”
“I like the ominous sound of the music on this—and it's perfectly timed for October in that regard”
“Such an energy rush! Solid instrumental with much energy vocals and high voltage synths”
“This song is strong! Cool orchestrated vocals, furious and threatening!”
“Awesome early 00s sound with nice experimentation with the electronic elements. Unfortunately not a style I curate.”
“Cool track. It has a interesting darker and brooding atmosphere, with the eery background pads and industrial sound fx. Vocals have a haunting quality and remind me a bit of some Marilyn Manson tracks”
“Nice Korn vibes! Great production!”
“aggressive vibes created by catchy guitars and different vocals techniques”
“Spot on vocals and style”
“Nice job producing this track, it's an impressive feat wearing all the hats in production and recording! there is a lot of stereo work that I like here, with the different sounds and panning of parts. I like Korn style stuff quite a lot, so this was cool to hear, and quite unique! I think your vocal here has a really nice gritty tone that also mixes well with the rest of the song. As per request, I think while the sound”
Hidden and Scars was founded in October 2017 by singer songwriter producer Joel Floyd West. The band quickly went on to headline and sell out major venues such as the House of Blues and Whiskey A GoGo, and embark on national tours opening for such national acts as Flotsam and Jetsam. Hidden Scars are currently in the recording studio working on their debut full length album.
