How to Disable Missing Glyph Protection in Illustrator

Open Adobe Illustrator.
Click on Edit at the top panel. Choose Preferences – Type from the list. Uncheck Enable Missing Glyph Protection. Click Ok.
Click on Edit at the top panel. Choose Preferences – Type from the list. Check Enable Missing Glyph Protection. Click Ok.
