Running Carmageddon 2 with 3dfx on Windows 10
So, how did I manage to make the game work? There is some hacking involved. If you have the original game on CD you can simply install it. But beyond that, there's some issues.
After installing, I wasn't able to play the game. That can be fixed by replacing the carma2_HW.exe and carma2_SW.exe files with a modified version online. After that it works.
To enable the 3DFX on the game you need to download nGLide. Which let's you emulate the voodoo graphics card on your modern pc. It works like a charm.
PS: It turns out I need to change the Recover key with something like Back Space. It's works.
