In My Arms (by Per-Olov Kindgren)
When I was composing with this piece, I suddenly found myself playing a part of Puccini’s famous aria “Nessun Dorma” (made famous by opera singer Pavarotti’s breathtaking version). I tried to ‘struggle’ against it but it was too strong! So, I ended up adding an extract from it in my composition. In a way you get two pieces in one; “In My Arms” plus a part of “Nessun Dorma”! 🙂
