Study No. 1 by Alexander Ivanov-Kramskoy
Friends, again an old video that I recorded in February 2013, it's over 10 years old. This is a piece I found in a Bulgarian book I bought in 1970 by the Russian composer Alexander Ivanov-Kramskoy (1912-1973). I think the title is “Study 1”. (I don't read Russian/Cyrillic letters).

Many of his compositions are very good. The fact he was active exclusively in Russia, has probably prevented him from being more "known" in the rest of the world. Most of his pieces are fun to play and easy to listen to.
Most of you know my opinion on Russia's illegal invasion and WAR in Ukraine but that doesn't prevent me from accepting there is a huge Russian cultural treasure. Good art is always good art. I listen to Michael Jackson too. :-)
