Optimal settings for great quality and 60+ fps most of the time: quests, pve content, dungeons, pvp battlegrounds. But in trials, mass pvp (Cyrodiil, Imperial City) fps can drop below 60. The most important fps killer in this game is water reflection quality. If you set it to at least medium, you cannot get stable 60 fps. There can also be problems in large cities like Glenumbra, especially when there are a lot of players in the city. ESO is a CPU intense game. Update 26, which was released simultaneously with chapter Greymoor, added TAA. Previously, there was only FXAA. But there are some technical problems that appeared after the 26th update. The most unpleasant problem is stuttering after gaining experience. This is especially noticeable in dungeons, since many enemies have to be killed. I watched the official forum and the developers are aware of this problem. Therefore, I think that the fix will be released soon.

Tips:
1) How to make textures load faster. Open file C:\Users\[Your_name]\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\UserSettings.txt and change SET MIP_LOAD_SKIP_LEVELS "0" to SET MIP_LOAD_SKIP_LEVELS "-3".
2) Uncap 100 fps lock. Open file C:\Users\[Your_name]\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\UserSettings.txt and find the line: SET MinFrameTime.2. Determine desired max framerate to run the game at by dividing 1 by the amount of fps. Examples: 1/144(fps) = "0.00694444" or 1/300(fps) = "0.00333333". And replace the value next to SET MinFrameTime.2 with the calculated value.
