INSTRUCTION:
1. Unzip the "Custom Texture" archive
2. Open the "Custom Texture" folder
3. Place the "cool" folder in the "addons" folder
SETTING:
(If for some reason you don't like the texture, you can replace the vtf file with another image, you don't need to create/modify the vmt file!)
It works on other servers!
