Tutorial: How to Clean Vintage Jewelry (Basic Edition)
I hope this video helps explain a bit of my process with some of the easier pieces to clean. This is not meant for all types of jewelry as you'll want to use different methods for jewelry that is precious, painted or enamel coated. I happened to have a lot of rhinestone and glass jewelry to clean and thought this might be a good opportunity to help share some knowledge 🥰

P.s. Never use warm water on jewelry that is holding stones in place with adhesive only. These pieces were held mostly in place by dogtooth prongs. Cold water is to be used in cases where you have say, a cabochon brooch that is faceted with glue.
