This is the style of play I've developed with Moira from playing her for so long. It works in any ELO, from Bronze to Top 500. The key is to be active, be aggressive, contest objectives, bait abilities and cooldowns out of enemy players, and be a difficult to kill distraction while your team capitalise on the advantage.
