This week has been surprising to have such a notable increase on the scale. There are so many factors that can play into this blip that it is truly hard to pinpoint for anyone yet alone a woman with LIPEDEMA, 26 food allergies, Mast Cell (MCAS) and Hypermobile Ehler's Danlos!
I am now realizing I had forgotten to bring the Berberine [https://amzn.to/4bXpPsF] I have been taking since 2021 to help reduce my inflammation so I didn't have that this week.🤷🏻♀️ PLUS, I could not find my Lumen Metabolic Tracker [https://bit.ly/3RBJPsz] for the whole week either.🤦🏻♀️
Thankfully, this seems to be a reminder that increases can be turned around right away and they act as a reminder that most of us do best with set schedules and protocols.
