It has been sooooo hard for me to shake this baby weight off after this pregnancy, but I'm incredibly proud of myself for being able to lose the last 5 stubborn pounds. I've completely changed the way I eat and feel better than ever!
To all my Mommy friends struggling with the baby weight: Take it easy on yourself ladies, we have so much to deal with on a daily basis and we don't need to feel the pressure of losing weight added on to our plate. Give your body some time, eat healthy, drink water, snuggle your babies, be happy!
