I had this floating around from an anonymous, random Mediafire upload called 'Rare Polish Punk Vol.1'. The only info I could find on a band by this name was on a Polish blog, which placed them in 1989 - a band that only ever released a demo tape. However that tape didn't contain this song, and if they are the same group then this song has been played back at the wrong speed (which for me is part of its mysterious appeal - along with the battered 78rpm sound quality and that dinky organ).
