Bars and restaurants in Erie County, New York State, are not allowed to serve customers indoors. Brandon Carr, owner of The Quarter Bar / Restaurant changed the sign to mock the hypocrisy of Walmart and big box being able to open with hundreds of people not socially distanced on Black Friday.
