Eyesore McMansion - Garage Blocking Driveway & Street View
Here is a recent gut wrenching and disturbing video of the oversized eyesore almost finished being built next door to me . This ugly monster violates every residential guideline adopted by the city in 2003 but doesn't break any building codes. I was just informed by a litigation attorney that a lawsuit would cost me about $55K and I'd probably lose. This homeowner has all the rights and I have none...that's the way the law is....!!!
The city also adopted a "Go Green" campaign; but as you can see, this house is all about "Go Concrete".....!!! The house takes up most of the lot and the little bit of land left is mostly concrete with about 2% earth remaining for landscaping....!!!
