EDUAKSYON is a radio magazine program output in partial fulfillment of the course DEVC206-Production of Print and Radio Communication Materials. The program's developmental focus is to communicate the existing projects, programs, and activities of the education sector relevant to ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promote life-long learning opportunities for all (Sustainable Development Goal #4).
Specifically, this program aims to:
1. Present and discuss best practices in improving learners’ literacy and numeracy rates; retention and dropout reduction programs; (Benchmarking)
2. Explain, persuade, and analyze timely issues about the impact of education trends and policies in the grassroots level (Editorial/opinion)
3. Feature inspiring journeys of teachers, students, and parents (Special Feature, Entertainment)
