It is the year 1934, and criminal upbringing has arrisen, causing many dangerous and secretive organizations to sprout from amongst the City of Rangerville. As a money crisis in the City emerges, Sam Carter (Daniel) a middle class man, investigates the hysteria, bumping into the mysterious "Big Maroon" (Joe) and his colleagues, in search of money. All the while, a web is being spun by the shady "Monsieur Grey," (David) a broken man with a purpose to reshape society, along with his right hand man, "Jack 'Albert' Weiser" (Angel). Sam meets other citizens, including the peppy Elizabeth Pink (Phoebe) and his older brother, William Carter (Ethan). Can Sam stop Grey and split ties with Big Maroon, or will each of the men find themselves caught in each other's crossfire..?
