Howard K Stern admits he picked up prescription drugs for Anna Nicole Smith and Tampa criminal defense attorney, Jeff Brown, thinks Howard is the perfect person to bring in front of a grand jury for the prosecution side. Jeff Brown also makes the argument that if Howard picked up the prescription drugs and gave them to Anna Nicole, then he could be charged with unlawful distribution.
