Ingredients (for 1 tall glass)
25 ml lime juice (1 small lime, or 1/2 large lime)
1 level dessert spoon of sugar
12 to 15 mint leaves, crushed in your hands
50 ml rum (Bacardi or your preferred brand)
25 ml sparkling water (not tonic water)
Enough crushed ice to fill the glass.
