👨🌾 Yohan BARON is a mixed crop and livestock farmer (primarily dairy) in southern Manche on a farm located in a nitrate-vulnerable zone, near the village center and the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel.
The rather dry coastal climate necessitates seeking greater resilience in the face of increasingly severe weather events.
🎯 Yohan's objectives are to:
Gain greater self-sufficiency in forage to secure livestock feed
Be more autonomous in decision-making
Reduce dependence on external inputs
Control operating costs to minimize the impact of price fluctuations
