Sonic Mania Mod Release: Chibi Mod & Miku SEGA Chant
Trying out this borrowed laptop's GeForce Experience recording, since I'm still in the Netherlands with my partner and don't have a personal computer setup here yet. Still been keeping up with and trying out the Mania modding tools, though.

CAUTION: USE WITH A FINISHED SAVE FILE AND THE MOD LOADER'S DEBUG MODE CODE. The Chibi versions have their own collision properties and break some of the level gimmicks and transitions.
