Sonic Generations Mod Release: Modern with Classic Skill Effects

Stay a whil- not the face, not the face! This is a minor mod (moreso than usual!) that injects Classic Sonic's skill effects into Modern Sonic to make them appear when he equips the appropriate skills with save file editing, while also providing a tiny edit of the physics to allow the normal timers and available uses as set by the game for Classic Sonic.
As bonuses, there is an additional and even tinier mod that simply gives Modern Sonic the physics file from Classic Sonic and provides some interesting 3D control results for the insanely curious people to play with, and a text document that explains how to activate the skill effects and will hopefully come in handy for anyone that wants to apply this to modded characters, or even doing these for yourself so that you don't have my name tainting anything!
